Warranty

All Saint Astrid pieces are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Please note that natural gemstones are unique by nature and may contain internal characteristics or inclusions that are not considered defects. Because of their natural properties, we do not provide a warranty for natural stones.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or resizing performed by third partiesю

If you experience any issues with your piece, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you whenever possible.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with applicable Spanish and European consumer protection laws.

For eligible online purchases, customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, engraved, or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
